How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order has been received we will send an automatic email confirmation to let you know that we are processing your order. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery to most postcodes between 9am and 5pm. Orders placed thereafter and over the weekend will be shipped Monday.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. For your safety we use Shopify Payments and Paypal which are highly reputable third party payment systems to process your card details. We do not store any payment details.
Where is my order?
We currently ship all of our orders with RoyalMail.co.uk. Standard Delivery is priced at £1.99 and takes 1-3 working days.
Next Day delivery is only available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be sent the next day to most postcodes between 9am and 5pm. Orders placed thereafter and over the weekend will be shipped Monday. At this time we do not automatically send tracking numbers however we do keep a record and your parcel can be tracked if necessary by contacting us.
What if I’m not in to receive my parcel?
The courier will attempt delivery and if no one is in to receive the goods he/she will leave a calling card with contact details to rearrange your delivery at a more convenient time.
How long will the refund take?
We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days on receipt of the goods. The refund (minus any shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank this can take up 1-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank for more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards inc. Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and most Solo cards. We also accept Paypal, ApplePay and Shopify Pay.
How much is delivery?
All UK deliveries are £4.99. This will be applied to your shopping cart at checkout. We also ship internationally. Please see our ‘Shipping and Delivery’ section for more.
How do I return an item?
If your item/s is unsuitable please fill in the returns form sent with the item and return in it’s original state, unworn with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once received we will issue your full refund excluding any shipping charges to the original payment method.
We do not offer a free returns service at this current time but any items returned should be sent with Royal Mail, tracked and signed for as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. If you wish to return your item using another courier or from an international destination please contact us for an alternative returns address.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time we can not offer exchanges however we will refund any unsuitable items returned to us so you may wish to reorder an alternative item in the meantime.

What if an item is out of stock?
If the item you just fell in love with is out of stock then we will try to get hold of it for you or we will notify you if it comes back in stock. Simply get in touch and leave your details with us. You can contact us at email@example.com or DM us on Instagram @stereo_blondes. If the item is being reordered especially for you then we will ask for pre-payment in full.
Can I pre-order?
Some items are available to pre-order and it will be visible on the items product page if this is the case. Due to popular demand we will ask for payment in full at the time of placing the order and advise of an apx time scale. Your order will be sent out to you as soon as it is received by us.
